Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the Straight Autos website. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.
2. Products
Seeds are sold exclusively as collector's items (souvenirs) for collection purposes only. They are not intended for cultivation. The customer is responsible for compliance with the laws applicable in their country.
3. Age restriction
The website is exclusively accessible to persons aged 18 and over. By entering, the customer confirms their age of majority.
4. Order processing
Orders are processed manually. After order submission, the seller (Gypsynando / Straight Autos) confirms the order and communicates payment details via Discord or Telegram. The contract is concluded upon written confirmation by the seller.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in EUR including statutory VAT. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (SEPA) and cryptocurrency. Shipping costs are communicated individually.
6. Shipping
Shipping is discreet and worldwide. Free shipping from €120 order value. Delivery times: EU 2-7 business days, international 5-14 business days.
7. Right of withdrawal
Due to the nature of the goods, no right of withdrawal applies to seeds. Defective products will be replaced at the seller's discretion.
8. Liability
Straight Autos accepts no liability for damage resulting from the unlawful cultivation or use of seeds. The customer uses the products at their own risk and under their own responsibility.
9. Applicable law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Worms, Germany.
